Cold-pressed from the creamy flesh of Chilean avocados, Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil has a delicious, nutty flavour which is perfect for a large range of dishes. It can be use for dipping with bread, adding colour, smoothness and flavour to dressings, stir-frying and even deep-frying as it has a very high smoke point. How to use
Try drizzling a little Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil mixed with Clearspring Organic Tamari and Clearspring Organic Balsamic Vinegar over a salad of tofu, wakame and tomato for a rich finish, or add Avocado Oil to grated beetroot, carrot and cabbage along with a little Clearspring Organic Rice Vinegar, Clearspring Traditional Sea Salt and Clearspring Organic Roasted Seeds and Soya. Alternatively, use it as a substitute for butter in cakes, muffins and pastry or drizzled over warm vegetables or pasta. When you cook with avocado oil, the distinctive colour becomes clear, so your dishes won’t all turn out green.
